The Prosecutor’s Office Is Threatening with the Indictment because of the Non-existent Attack on the Bankruptcy Trustee

The Bankruptcy trustee of ATP Vojvodina Nikola Pavlović claims that my daughter Andjelka Dević was threatening him after one of the hearings and that his life was endangered. The police from Novi Sad reacted immediatelly - the same police which, investigating the case of ATP Vojvodina within the 24 compromized privatizations, turned the investigation in such a way that they tried to change the status of a victim defined by the Euriopean Commission so that they tried to say that I was the guilty one for the non-launched investment in which I had invested 30 million Euros and employed 600 workers. Circumstantionally, my daughter was invited to the talks because of the alleged attack on Pavlović at the very moment when we demanded from the bankruptcy judge to investigate numerous irregularities the bankruptcy trustee had made in the bankruptcy process, including the way of distribution of the paid damage compensation.

The Prosecutor’s Office reacted, the same Prosecutor’s Office which had started the process for tax evasion against me at the very beginning of taking my propery away. I was legally acquitted after ten years long process, because the tax administration cards shown that I even overpaid the tax. The Prosecutor’s Office is now threatening to launch a new indictment, although they have not been reacting for years to the criminal charges I have been filing and in which I have often been joined by the Anti-corruption Agency.

It is obviously not enough for these institutions that they have been trying for 15 years, under the strategic leading of the City of Novi Sad authorities and Credit Agricole Bank, to take away my property, but they are now trying to put pressure on my family members. That has been intensified after the press release „Role of the Institutions in Confiscation of Ilije Dević’s Propety“ and after my publishing of the two models with short instructions on „How to Take Away Ilije Dević’s Property“. Immediatelly after that, the Prosecutor’s Office „remembered“ the criminal charges and threatened with the indictment against my daughter.

Just to remind you: last summer I was put into 60 days long detention because I did not appear at the hearing because of being ill. That was the period when my property was to be confiscated, but it was stopped because I was on 11 days long hunger strike and the detention was terminated under the public pressure.

The current attack on my daughter, as well as the last year detention, are again a part of an orchestrated action of the City of Novi Sad authorities and Credit Agricole Bank realized through the institutions which have put themselves in their service in order to provide conditions for the tycoons they are familiar with to take over my precious investment.
