After the European Commission's Report on the Chapters 23 and 24, the criminal Prosecutor's Office continues to act in the same way.

In its report, The European Commission clearly gives instruction to Serbia to start systematic consderation of the recommendations given by the Anti-corruption Council and to especially consider in details 24 compromised privatizations.

Among the 24 compromised privatizations, ATP Vojvodina is the only one in which the investor suffers the damage - that is the answer of the European Commission which was sent to me, too.

In spite of the European Commission's report, the same company which brought  ATP Vojvodina to bankruptcy (powerful people, criminal police, criminal Prosecutor's Office  from Novi Sad and the clerks from Credit Agricole in Serbia ) continue to act in the same way.

The Primary Prosecutor’s Office, as ultra vires, dismissed the criminal charges filed by Ilija Dević on 28 March, 2012, to the Republic Public Prosecutor and Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Novi Sad against Nikola Lapčević, President  of the SC of ATP Vojvodina, Nenad Čortanovački, member of SC of ATP Vojvodina, Lazar Munjižaba, member of SC of ATP Vojvodina, Nikola Pavlović, the bankruptcy trustee of ATP Vojvodina, Dragomir Zjalić, lawyer from Novi Sad, and the criminal charges were dismissed in an illegal way.

On 15 August 1914,  Ilija Dević’s lawyer filed a complaint  to the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Novi Sad.

All this is being done in order to prevent payment of the damage by the City of Novi Sad to ATP Vojvodina and Ilija Dević, to save Credit Agricole Bank Serbia from an affair and to cede   ATP Vojvodina to ownership of the City of Novi Sad.

However, the European Commission is demanding solving of the case of Evropska komisija ipak traži razrešenje slučaja ATP Vojvodina  on the basis of the Anti-corruption Council’s report.

28 March, 2012- criminal charges were filed to the Republic Public Prosecutor and Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Novi Sad against Nikola Lapčević, President  of the SC of ATP Vojvodina, Nenad Čortanovački, member of SC of ATP Vojvodina, Lazar Munjižaba, member of SC of ATP Vojvodina, Nikola Pavlović, the bankruptcy trustee of ATP Vojvodina, Dragomir Zjalić, lawyer from Novi Sad.
