As for CV and „merits“ of the first candidate - Snežana Marković suggested for a judge of the Constitutional Court by the President of Serbia Tomislav Nikolić, I have informed the public about everything, including her role in the case of ATP Vojvodina.

However, majority in the National Assembly of Serbia voted her for a judge of the Constitutional Court, in spite of media reactions. It is strange that there was not any discussion about the candidates during the session but only the proposals for voting were given! In that way, the current state authorities have sent a clear message which also includes the case of ATP Vojvodina: „act exclusively in accordance with the political order“!

Is it, in accordance with the Plan of Action of the Chapter 23 - the Rule of Law?

It is a kind of coincidence that Snežana Marković was voted the Constitutional Court judge on the same day of marking the fifth anniversary of Verica Barać's death, on the day when the award bearing her name is given.

However, this case has already experienced some consequences. Only a few days after the election and after many years of silence, the High Judicial Court and the State Prosecutorial Council sent their reply to that one and all the other complaints I had filed (the documents in the attachment).

I especially want to emphasize the reply sent by the State Prosecutorial Council and I want to ask: Who is guilty for 4 million Euros paid by the City of Novi Sad in accordance with the final and executive decision in favour of ATP Vojvodina and intervener Ilija Dević? The court proceedings are still in progress, and the contract is valid till the year 2021! How is it possible that in case of 20 filed criminal charges the Prosecutor's Office acted in accordance with the law, and the case of ATP Vojvodina is labelled as the biggest affair in Serbia? How is it possible that, even after ten years of filing the criminal charges, the Prosecutor's Office has not found the culprit?

The only answer available at this moment is that all the culprits for ATP Vojvodina affair are holders of the executive power!
