For eight months already the Commercial Court in Novi Sad cannot make the final decision on the court case I initiated against Credit Agricole Bank and ATP Vojvodina as the owner of the funds of that company. Defining of a temporary measure in the judiciary system is an urgent procedure, because it provides protection of the property or rights till the moment of the decision making. However, it can clearly be seen that in this case there is obvious connection among the judge in charge of the case Goran Crevar Credit, Agricole Bank in Serbia, politics and criminal.

I filed the lawsuit because the Bank, without my consent, had registered the mortgage on the object of the new complex of the bus station and service in the cadastre of Novi Sad, although the contract on the loan had predicted mortgage only on the buildings which had already existed at the moment of the contract concluding but not on the newly built ones. That is why I filed the lawsuit for the mortgage annulment and demanded defining of the temporary measure by which availability and estrangement of the new station and service would be banned till the moment of completion of the court case.

The judge of the Commercial Court in Novi Sad in charge of the case, Goran Crevar, made the decision on incompetence. The decision was immediately rejected by the Commercial Court of Appeal. In the repeated first instance procedure the demand for the temporary measure was rejected under strong pressure exerted on the judiciary. The Court of Appeal again annulled the decision made by the judge Goran Crevar. Even in the third attempt the same judge again rejected the demand for the temporary measure. I filed a complaint which arrived to the Commercial Court of Appeal after two months.

The case was received and registered on 5 April 2018 and the Judge Rapporteur is Djordje Jovanović.

We are waiting for the decision which I am going to announce publicly, since the case of ATP Vojvodina is the biggest case of bankruptcy in Serbia and many trustees depend on the decision.
