ILIJA DEVIĆ IS STARTING HUNGER STRIKE AND HE IS NOT GOING TO ACCEPT THE MEDICAL HELP! OUR AIM IS NOT TO PUT PRESSURE ON JUDICIARY, BUT THE AIM IS TO SHOW TO THE PUBLIC IN WHICH WAY THE POLITICAL PRESSURE IS BEING PUT ON JUDICIARY AND IN WHICH WAY ILIJA DEVIĆ IS BEING DISCIPLINED BY THE TOP PARTS OF THOSE IN POWER.

   This morning at 10 o’clock, in accordance with the order issued by the Higher Court from Belgrade, the police section of the City of Belgrade detained Ilija Dević because of not appearing at the hearing on 31 May 2019. His absence had been justified by a medical finding. This criminal act is politically mounted and it has been based on expertise done by the court expert with a forged university diploma from Kosovo - Mirjana Labović, the person against whom the Anti-corruption Agency filed several criminal charges. The Agency sent several urgings asking about the measures taken in relation with the false diploma, but the First Basic Prosecution has not sent any reply so far.

   His health has been seriously affected during these twelve years of political persecution and taking his funds away.

   He had an extremely serious accident with his health on 28 May when he got the judgement sent by the Commercial Court of Appeal and which was made under political pressure by the judge Ljiljana Milovanović.

   The state security of the previous state, narco and tobacco mafia as well as Vojvodina-Kragujevac judiciary mafia, are those standing behind all the political court decisions! On 5 June 2019, the day of the scheduled press conference, the Higher Court in Belgrade called warrant and ordered detention in accordance with the political order.

   Their aim is to remove Ilija Dević from the public, to reject all the millions worth petitions and to make ATP Vojvodina company bankrupt on 18 June 2019 in order to take away the well designed investment of ATP Vojvodina.
